Refund policy

At DriveEase, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the problem and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer use
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
